Salmon in Foil on the Grill - Olympic National Park

 
Makes: 1 serving per foil pouch     Difficulty: Very Easy     Meal: Main Dish

Ingredients

3/4 pound salmon fillet - cut into two pieces    
1T real mayonnaise
dill - fresh or dried
2 small or 1 large lemon(s) sliced 1/4" thick
1 medium sweet onion (can use yellow or white) sliced 1/8"-1/4" thick
foil square - 18"x12"

How-to

Place salmon on foil skin side down. Spread thin layer of mayonnaise on salmon, sprinkle liberally with dill and layer lemon then onion. Create an airtight "tent" pouch and grill over medium heat for 20 minutes.
