Portland, OR (September 9, 2011) - The RVCookingShow.com returns to their northwest roots to share their 11+ years of RV experience with 28th Annual Portland Fall RV & Van Show attendees. Show participants will pick up valuable RV travel tips and ideas coupled with delicious family friendly, RV-easy recipes.
Full-time RVer Evanne Schmarder, RV Cooking Show producer and host, will present four unique seminars to interest both new-to-the-lifestyle and veteran RVers alike. Each of the four seminars will be presented each day of the show on a convenient rotating schedule allowing attendees to catch them all in the same day or at their leisure throughout the Portland Fall RV & Van Show, September 15-18, at the Portland Expo Center.
RV Cooking Show will set up camp at booth 610 and sessions will be held Thursday-Saturday at noon, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm and Sunday at 11:30am, 1pm, 2:30pm and 4pm.
Providing real-life on-the-road experiences and passion for the great outdoors as well as easy, elegant eating, seminar topics include:
Getting There: 100-mile away getaways and great grilling
Spend more time camping and less time driving at some fabulous 100-mile (or less) away getaways. That means plenty of on-site grilling time, too. Join us as we fire up the grill and show you how to prepare sliders, grilled pineapple and slaw…dinner’s on!
Stay Smart: Finding your perfect park, pizza and panzenella salad
Private parks, public parks, kid-friendly camps, adult resorts, discount clubs and more. How do you find a park that’s perfect for you? And talk about personal, learn how to make personal flatbread pizzas on the grill and perfect panzenella salad at this super session.
